    Hey! Thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I notice many people keep on talking about Backprolax Secrets (search on google), but I’m not sure if it is good.     This is too hard, pain is too strong. I may need to go to a chiropractor. Ps: this is hard if you are not flexible lol
